The first thing you’ll need to know is that this event is for over 18’s only so please bring valid ID if you look anything other than over 25.

Upon arrival you will be handed your Champagne flute and your booklet which describes all of the Fizz and Fizz-based cocktails on offer.

The Fizz bar work on a Voucher system. Vouchers can be purchased using cash or card from the Voucher Desk.

Vouchers come in £5 denominations on cards of 2, 4 or 6 vouchers (£10, £20 or £30 worth) and can be exchanged for any of the 50 varieties of Fizz or Fizz based cocktails. Each drink has a voucher value dependent on the particular fizz. For example, Prosecco Frizzante is 1 voucher whilst Vintage Champagne is 3 vouchers per (125ml) glass.

A selection of food choices to compliment your Fizz will be available to purchase on the night.

Expect to find several Prosecco’s (or should that be Prosecci?) including those from Valdobbiadene and Cartizze, Cava, sparkling Pinot Grigio, Franciacorta and top class English ‘Fizzes’.

You'll also find fizz from Australia including Tasmania and sparkling Shiraz (yes that’s red), New Zealand fizz, Spumante and Moscato sweeties, Cremant, Brachetto (that’s also red) as is Lambrusco, then of course there’s Champagne... in Brut NV, rose, Blanc des Blancs and vintage styles are also on offer.

The Cocktails: Think Peach Bellini, Chambord Royale, Bakewell Fizz, Elderflower Blossom, Rossini, Aperol Spritz to name but a few!
